Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you use tronexchange.io, create an exchange order or communicate with Tron Exchange. It covers the service's website and order-related communications; a wallet, blockchain explorer or external platform operates under its own policies.

An exchange without a permanent account can still involve order and transaction records. Public blockchain information and information submitted privately to the service have different visibility and retention characteristics.

Information Associated with an Exchange

An order contains the details needed to identify the intended transfer and its outcome. Depending on the route and the stage reached, those details can include the sending and receiving assets, selected networks, amounts, rate mode, destination address, an additional recipient field such as an XRP Destination Tag, order status and relevant timestamps.

Deposit and payout transaction hashes connect an order with its blockchain payments. These identifiers may be needed to locate a transfer, compare it with the instructions or investigate an incorrect amount or network.

An email address and the contents of a support message become part of the communication when you contact us. Attachments may contain additional information, so remove unrelated account details before sending them.

Why This Information Is Used

Order information is used to handle the requested exchange and explain its progress. The same record can help resolve a failed payment, reconcile a payout or respond to a complaint about an order.

Information categoryMain purpose
Assets, networks, amounts and rate conditionsIdentify and process the requested exchange
Wallet addresses, recipient fields and transaction hashesRoute payments and investigate transaction results
Order status and timestampsTrack progress and distinguish the stages of an exchange
Contact details and support messagesAnswer requests and keep a record of the issue and response
Information requested during an order reviewEvaluate the specific risk or verification issue described in that request
Relevant technical recordsMaintain website and order functionality, diagnose errors and address misuse

Do not include wallet secrets or unrelated personal documents in a support request. When an order requires verification, our request identifies the information needed and how to provide it.

Blockchain Records Are Different from Website Records

Blockchains can make addresses, amounts, transaction times and other payment details publicly accessible. The exact visibility depends on the network and asset; deleting a support message does not erase a transaction from its blockchain.

A receiving platform or wallet provider may also retain its own records. We cannot change the recordkeeping of an independent blockchain, an exchange where you hold an account or a wallet application you use.

Technical Data, Cookies and External Tools

Website delivery and error handling involve technical records such as request timestamps and error events; available records can also include an IP address and browser characteristics. We limit their use to operating, troubleshooting and protecting the service.

Cookies or similar browser storage support order access and necessary exchange selections where those functions use them. We distinguish necessary storage from optional analytics and embedded tools, and explain the purpose and available choices before using non-essential storage.

External links in an article or the footer can take you to a different website. Check that website's policy before giving it information or connecting a wallet.

Service Providers and Limited Disclosures

Handling an order can require relevant information to be passed to infrastructure, payment-processing, exchange-processing, risk-review or support providers involved in that activity. The information needed to deliver a payout can differ from the information needed to answer a general support question.

We restrict access to the information needed by the people or providers handling the relevant task. Information may also need to be retained or disclosed when an applicable legal obligation or a valid request from a competent authority requires it; the scope depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

This policy does not make an anonymity guarantee or claim that third-party providers keep no records. Additional order-review conditions are described in the AML Policy.

Retention and Information Security

We retain information for the period needed to process an order, respond to a request, resolve a dispute and meet applicable obligations. Records relevant to an unresolved complaint or review may need to be held longer than records for routine technical troubleshooting.

We protect order access and restrict the handling of personal information to its stated purpose. Keep wallet secrets and unrelated sensitive information out of communications; no communication channel or storage system eliminates every security risk.

Tron Exchange does not need your seed phrase or private key to locate an order. Treat any request for wallet recovery words, passwords or remote control of your device as a security concern.

Privacy Requests and Review Publication

You can contact [email protected] to ask about information associated with a request, seek a correction, request deletion or raise a concern about its use. The response may depend on identifying the relevant record, verifying that you are entitled to make the request and any obligation to preserve it.

Provide an order ID or the email address used in the relevant correspondence where possible. Do not send an identity document unless a specific request explains why it is needed and how to provide it.

If you submit feedback for the review feedback, specify the public name or nickname and whether you agree to publication. We keep private order references and support attachments out of published review content.

Changes and Contact

This policy may be updated to reflect a change in the service or the way information is handled. Review the current text before submitting sensitive information or making a request about a new feature.

Send privacy questions to the privacy address above. For payment assistance or a suspected phishing message, use the appropriate contact on the contact page.
