Tron Exchange provides crypto-to-crypto exchange information and order access at tronexchange.io. Exchange quotes, general market information, wallet instructions and the actions of independent networks or providers have different roles and conditions.

Use it together with the conditions shown for the order you create. General website information does not override the selected assets, networks, amounts or payment requirements of that order.

Market Information Is Not an Exchange Commitment

A market chart or fiat conversion shows reference information for an asset at a particular time. It does not reserve liquidity, hold a price or guarantee that an exchange will deliver the same result.

An executable quote can differ because of the selected route, amount, rate mode and applicable service or network costs. A floating order is exposed to rate changes before execution; a fixed quote depends on meeting its stated payment conditions.

Figures on the TRX price and market data can become stale or temporarily unavailable. Forecasts and scenarios on the TRON price scenarios depend on assumptions and are not promises about future prices or returns.

Check the Payment You Authorise

You are responsible for selecting a receiving wallet that accepts the asset and network specified in the order. Check the complete address and any additional recipient field, such as an XRP Destination Tag, before authorising a transfer.

Similar tickers or address formats do not make networks interchangeable. A payment sent to the wrong address, using the wrong chain or with missing recipient information may be difficult or impossible to recover. A second transfer does not reverse the first one.

Tron Exchange is responsible for the exchange service it provides under the applicable order conditions. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or replace an investigation of a reported exchange problem.

Blockchain and Receiving-Platform Delays

A blockchain controls transaction inclusion, confirmation and finality through its own protocol. An exchange cannot guarantee that every deposit or payout will be included within a particular time or reverse a completed network transfer on demand.

An exchange platform receiving your payout may apply its own confirmation count, minimum deposit, maintenance rules or account checks before crediting it. A payout transaction and an available balance on that platform are therefore not always simultaneous.

Service-processing estimates describe the stage stated alongside them. They do not guarantee the complete duration from a withdrawal request at another platform to final crediting at the destination.

Wallets, Links and Other Providers

Wallet applications, explorers, asset issuers and processing providers are independent services. Their availability, policies and controls can affect a transfer, even when their names appear in a guide or a supported-route description.

A link is provided for the purpose described around it and is not a guarantee of that website's availability or every claim it makes. Check the destination domain and understand any request to connect or sign with your wallet.

Tron Exchange is not the TRON network, a cryptocurrency issuer or a wallet developer. Use of their names identifies an asset or service and does not, by itself, establish endorsement, a corporate relationship or an official partnership.

Information Is Not Personal Advice

Articles and market material are general information, not personal investment, tax or legal advice. They do not assess your financial circumstances, location, obligations or ability to bear losses.

Cryptocurrency prices can move substantially, and an exchange can change your exposure to those movements. Consider your own situation and obtain qualified advice where you need a personal assessment.

Report a Problem with an Order

Use the contact page if an order does not match the expected result. Include its identifier, the relevant asset and network, and the payment transaction hash so the reported issue can be distinguished from an external wallet or crediting delay.

The process guide explains the routine stages. Order-review conditions and information handling are described separately in the AML Policy and Privacy Policy.
